Immaculate Baking
Immaculate Baking (www.immaculatebaking.com) manufactures cookies that are marketed in natural foods and specialty stories, including Whole Foods, William Sonoma, Wild Oats, Fresh Market, Greenlife, Earth Fare and World Market. After funding from BRAIN and a Boston venture capital firm, the company entered a new market, focusing on baked goods for kids with less sugar, sodium and fat. The new product line has grown to be more than a third of the company's production.
